Three facets of wellbeing rooted through time.

Rosie, a dance artist and Thai yoga massage practitioner, sits cross-legged on a rock in a black dress, holding lit candles in each hand — symbolising balance, care, and her commitment to movement and volunteering.

WHAT CONNECTS IT ALL?

  • Dance moves the body

  • Thai Yoga Massage stills the body

  • Volunteering offers the body — and time — in service

At the heart of these three offerings is a shared rhythm: MINDFULNESS, GENEROSITY and a deep belief in the POWER OF EXCHANGE

Whether working with communities, individuals or collaborators, these practices are ways to listen, respond and grow — TOGETHER.

Dance as expression, connection & craft

A life in dance takes many forms: performer on stage, educator in the classroom, choreographer on set and a mentor which is completely personal.

About
The Triplet Tree

The Triplet Tree shelters these three branches, it’s a way of being.

A reminder that these three disciplines don’t sit in isolation but nourish each other.

“I have the utmost confidence in Rosie’s teaching ability…she expertly adapts her delivery style to whoever is in the room and brings such in-depth knowledge & expertise.”

/// ABOUT ROSIE

“Prioritise your play, your piece of peace will pop up promptly, probably providing you with a palatable insight enhancing your philanthropic powers.”

  • That intense closeness - the constant negotiation of space, time, and connection planted the seeds for a life rooted in collaboration, play, and care.

Dance became a steady companion through childhood and teenage years. A thread that stitched together exploration, perseverance, and expression. Having experimented with a wide spectrum of styles and techniques, Rosie now finds the most freedom through improvisation and funk-based movement. Her practice is alive with grooves, rhythm, and a vibrant sense of pandemonium, always balanced by deep listening and refined technique. The contrast of chaos and order adds nuance and depth to everything she shares.

In 2020, a new chapter unfolded: a tiny house was built, offering not just physical shelter, but the mental and emotional space to recalibrate after a decade in London. This time away sparked the creation of The Triplet Tree,  a personal ethos and evolving project that weaves together Dance, Thai Yoga Massage, and Volunteering as interconnected paths of care, connection, and growth.

Rosie’s move to Bavaria in 2024, surrounded by mountain views and rolling hills, offered fresh space for reflection. There, the theoretical roots of her practice deepened, as she explored how these three branches feed one another, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether teaching, performing, offering healing through Thai Yoga Massage, or giving time through volunteering, her work is a continual practice of presence, generosity, and exchange.
